Hanging Out With the Family In Utah
With less than a week to say hi to the family and run all the errand, it was an action packed week, but it was fun. Tress and Rach picked me up and then we got pulled over by a cop heading into Payson, right where the speed limit sign changed to. He told us that the sushi place right next door to the restaurant we were going was the best around, and we decided to check it out. It was a pretty fantastic little place. The lady the operated it probably made it as great as it was. She was working all alone though and by the end of the lunch hour had to turn people away because there were too many. Yes, it was that good :) ... or Payson does't have any better, you can choose.
Then we drove over to Mom and climbed the apple tree to eat apples. They are absolutely delicious right now, just don't choose one with the worm ;) unless you wanted a pretested for sweetness apple. While we were up in the tree Zeke came home and joined us. Then we found out Nathaniel had apparently been home the whole time--we might have dropped all of our stuff and my baggage in the drive way and hadn't gone inside yet. So he came out to play. While we were talking Allie and mom drove in, fortuitously not driving over Rachael's purse, and once they found where the noise was coming from also joined in. That is how apple trees should be appreciated!
The week was busy. I got my first Hep. A shot, which is still fascinating to me, ran to the chiropractor, got my hair cut, and all sorts of regular errand-y things. The fun part was that Allie and I were able take her to a horse lesson. While at first I wasn't sure the instructors were used to working with children, they did a fantastic job and Allie loved it. She is really quite a natural. Hopefully Allie will be able to keep taking them!
Then I got to go on a threesome zip lining date with Zeke and Nan up provo canyon! It was fun and we could not have asked for nicer weather.
